Returns and Refunds Policy

Money Back Guarantee Overview

We want you to feel confident when purchasing from us. Our money back guarantee is structured as follows. Your first order is eligible for a 60-day money-backย guarantee, starting from the date the item is marked as delivered by the carrier. All subsequent orders are eligible for a 30-day money-backย guarantee, starting from the delivery confirmation date. The applicable guarantee is determined based on your order history with us.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused and unopened, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Returns that do not meet these conditions, or that fall outside the applicable guarantee period, may not be approved. Returns requested due to personal preference, delayed delivery, or circumstances outside our control are subject to review and approval.

How to Start a Return

All return requests must be submitted by contacting support@trypurnature.com within the applicable guarantee period. Returns must be authorized before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender. Approved return instructions will be provided by our support team.

Customers are responsible for following the return instructions provided. Failure to do so may result in delays or denial of the refund.

Damages, Defects, and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within a reasonable timeframe so we can evaluate the issue. Claims submitted without supporting information or submitted after extended use of the product may not qualify for a refund or replacement.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a replacement item, the original item must be returned in accordance with this policy and a new order must be placed separately once the return is approved.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason. Returned items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. This statutory right exists independently of and does not extend the money back guarantee outlined above.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Refunds are issued only after returned items are received and verified

If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval and you have not received the funds, please contact support@trypurnature.com for assistance.

Chargebacks and Disputes

By placing an order, you agree to contact us first to resolve any return, refund, or delivery related concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Orders that show successful delivery confirmation, active tracking, or compliance with this policy are not considered unauthorized or undelivered for dispute purposes. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and does not guarantee a refund.
