Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is completed and a separate notification when your order has shipped. Processing time is separate from shipping time and does not include transit duration.

Shipping Times

Standard Shipping typically takes 4 to 9 business days. Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or peak shipping periods.

Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within 7 business days after the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@trypurnature.com so we can investigate with the carrier. A delay in transit does not automatically qualify an order for a refund or replacement if the order is confirmed as shipped and remains in transit.

Lost Shipments

An order is considered lost only if the shipping carrier confirms the package as lost or if there has been no tracking movement for an extended period as determined by the carrier. In such cases, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Chargebacks and Disputes

By placing an order, you agree to contact us first at support@trypurnature.com to allow us the opportunity to resolve any shipping or delivery issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Orders that show proof of shipment and active carrier tracking are not considered undelivered for dispute purposes.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after shipment. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may not reflect real time movement at all stages of transit.ย
